Return/Exchange :
1 - All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 7 days of the order delivery date.
2 - The customer should send an email to contact@sakidou.ca as a formal return/exchange request within 7 days after he received his order.
3 - Customer need to explain the return or the exchange reason and how is he willing to send back the product with tracking information.
4 - Customer must accept taking care of sending back the product(s) to us and pay all the associated fees.
5 - Customer has the right to return or exchange only for reasonable reason and time.
